We want you to feel confident and empowered in your marlies dekkers lingerie; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure all garments are unworn, in their original condition, and have all designer tags and hygiene seals intact.

Return Process

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive your return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the return form is included inside the box to help us process your request faster.

  Attach the Label

  Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your package, making sure to remove or cover any old delivery stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package over to the designated carrier and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been fully processed by our team.
